Today, we just got this notification from our lender:

Yesterday the UK voted to exit the European Union.  Stock markets are down significantly throughout the world.  For example the Dow is down 500 points, Nasdaq 180.  European markets have dropped at higher levels.  Investors at the moment are pouring into the safety of US Bonds.  This would reduce mortgage rates for a period going forward.
